Rehoboth College Counseling Services is based upon the scripture in the Old Testament, Genesis 26:22 “And the Lord hath made room for us”. The team at RCCS is a group of professionals dedicated to assisting all students in enhancing their lives and fulfilling their dreams. Education is the great equalizer, however the playing field is not equal for all students. Many traditional students, their parents or guardians and adult learners don’t have the required knowledge about secondary and postsecondary systems.
Rehoboth was founded by Dr Fay M. Butler to ensure that all students but particularly those underrepresented in higher education, those students at risk as well as those students who have been marginalized in current educational structures have a chance. This counseling service stands apart from the others because its principles are based on Christianity and all students lives will be changed, one at a time.
